My course of treatment was quite lengthy as it included root canal fillings and then a crown. I can only commend the dentists involved on their professional and considerate treatment. Been with them the last 26 years. I can not say a bad word at all about them Reception Staff are always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.My current dentist is the best I have ever seen there. He has a very nice friendly manner but knows exactly what he is doing !Thank you

I’m very happy with my dentist he’s very good of his job he is very friendly and they are very good people and including the receptionist they are very helpful and very friendly to me. I like them all especially my dentist. I’m very grateful and very happy with my dentist in hailsham. They do a very good job.👍

Very caring staff. My recent visit involved 2 fillings and deep clean. My dentist remembered I was very sensitive to drills etc and made sure I was numbed. Excellent service.

Had a filling done by Nozhan and his assistant and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were both friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was quick, gentle, and clearly explained throughout. Really appreciated how comfortable they made the whole visit — highly recommend!

I came in absolutely terrified, but Mia and Nozhan were truly amazing. They were so kind, patient, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed me, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. What I thought would be a really scary experience turned into a surprisingly calm one. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism—couldn’t recommend this dental practice more! I was really scared coming in, but Mia and Nozhan were incredible. So gentle, understanding, and reassuring—they completely put me at ease. An amazing dental practice with truly caring staff !!!

I had a really positive experience at Kingswood Dental Practice with Mia and Nozhan. They were both professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Everything was explained clearly before and during the procedure, which really helped put me at ease.The treatment itself was carried out gently and painlessly, and they regularly checked to make sure I was comfortable. I'm reviewing my Invisalign treatment. It has been a big decision to have this done after a good few years of considering having my teeth straightened,and I'm nearly at the end of my journey! Hamid has been so thorough and explained every step of the way so that I know what to expect . I'm so happy with the results that only started 12 months ago from the first appointment ,and only 9 to 10 months of the actual straightening process . I now feel so confident to show off my new smile . Very happy to recommend.

Today I had the best experience ever at this dental practice. I have tried many different dentist’s and this is by far the best, I highly recommend Dr. Mousavi and his nursing assistant Monika, both were amazing, they put me at ease and made me feel valued as a patient. Thankyou.

I visited here this week. My experience was brilliant. Every person I spoke to, the lady at reception, Amir and Monica (sorry if I've incorrectly remembered names) were all so kind and patient, particularly as I was so nervous. Thorough exam clearly explaining what treatment is needed and why, looking for the most cost effective way to carry out the work too. Attended yesterday to have 3 teeth extracted, I was put at ease straight away by Dr. N Kotnaiei and his dental nurse.. I was informed before any procedure was carried out. Once the extractions had been completed, aftercare was fully explained (not just given a fact sheet to read) I left the surgery very pleased with the service albeit very numb. I was lucky when Kingswood opened their books for NHS patients and did not have to wait long to be seen for my initial appointment and I have now started on the journey to getting my smile back. Thank you to everyone at Kingswood.

I have been a patient at this practice since 1988. Been a few changes. Always had a good service and I hope it continues in the future. The Dentist is an important part of our lives as anyone who has had severe toothache knows. Patience is a an excellent virtue for customers to practice.

My family have been with this practice for well over a decade. A couple of years ago it changed hands but the service remains consistently good. Receptionists are polite and efficient and the two dentists I have been fortunate to have been assigned to over the years have been excellent. I’m an NHS patient so the service I have received has nothing to do with being a private patient.

Despite the high anxiety I suffer with dental treatment, my recent experience here was as good as it possibly could have been. I required treatment over four appointments and Hamid Jahanbani was brilliant. He has a very calm and reassuring manner, explaining exactly what he was doing as he went, which helped a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice and Hamid in particular.
